Unless a Customer signs a written contract with EasyLink that contains different provisions, EasyLink’s Services are subject to these Terms of Service and, by using the Services, an EasyLink Customer agrees to be bound thereby.

Policy on Third Party Legal Process
It is EasyLink’s policy to respond with reasonable promptness to subpoenas and other legal process served on EasyLink or its subsidiaries that seek information, documents and other business records. Third parties wishing to serve such process on EasyLink may do so in writing to EasyLink Services International Corporation, 6025 The Corners Parkway, Suite 100, Norcross, Georgia 30092, Attention: Legal Department or facsimile to 678.805.4899. EasyLink will evaluate each such request based upon the applicable law and facts. An administrative fee of $100 will be charged for each request to cover EasyLink’ fees and expenses in responding to the request. EasyLink may require the requesting party to pay the applicable hourly rate for requests that require significant engineering or technical support. EasyLink may also charge additional amounts for requests that require substantial photocopying, third party charges, or other expenses.
EasyLink expressly reserves any rights under applicable law in connection with its receipt, evaluation and any response to, any third party requests or legal process.
