The company was established by a number of businessmen from the North West of England who believe there is a requirement within the business community for a provider that delivers on customer service as well as network quality and reach. The company purchased the assets of the NWIX Group (NWIX networks, NWIX, Edge-IX and Metro Ethernet Services) in November 2012 and have subsequently invested in both technology and people in order to deliver on their vision.
